Description

Im Zuge der Flutkatastrophe im Juli 2021 war auch das Schulzentrum in Sinzig betroffen. Nahe der Ahr gelegen wurden mehrere Schulen, eine Mensa und zwei Turnhallen überflutet. Eine davon ist die Rudi-Altig-Sporthalle. Sie stand zu jener Zeit über 2 Meter unter Wasser. Der Schaden geht bis auf das Mauerwerk und elementare Konstruktionen zurück. So entkernte man die Halle in einer Sofortmaßnahme und lies diese anschließend auf angeschwemmte Bakterien und Schwebstoffe untersuchen. Die Sporthalle soll nun in der Maßnahme des Wiederaufbaus hergerichtet werden. Um den Schulbetrieb so früh wie möglich wieder stattfinden zu lassen wird das Vorhaben in zwei Bauabschnitte aufgeteilt. Der erste wird sich mit dem Innenausbau der Sporthalle beschäftigen und in den zweiten werden alle Nebenräume inklusive der Umkleiden saniert. Hier ausgeschrieben wird die Lieferung und Montage eines Flutschottsystems. Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst die Lieferung, Montage und Einweisung einer mobilen, wiederverwendbaren Flutschutzanlage aus Aluminium für 14 Gebäudeöffnungen der Rudi-Altig-Sporthalle in Sinzig, einschließlich Werkstattplanung, Kennzeichnung, Dokumentation und Probeaufbau vor Abnahme.
