Description

Schadstoffsanierung und Teilabbruch des Verwaltungs-/ WC- Traktes und von Schulcontainern Die Schadstoffsanierungs- Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten beziehen sich auf zwei Gebäude bzw. Gebäudeteile: 1-geschossiger Klassenraumcontainer inkl. der Betonfundamente im südl. Teil des Grundstücks. 1-geschossiger, unterkellerter Gebäudeteil Verwaltung und WC-Trakt. Der angrenzende nördlich angebaute Flügel verbleibt sowie ein Teil der befestigten Flächen der Außenanlagen. Der Rückbau findet während des laufenden Schulbetriebs im verbleibenden Gebäudeflügel statt. Die Zufahrt erfolgt von der Straße "In der Wasserkuhl", ggf. auch über den "Krummer Weg" über die Baustraße nach Absprache mit dem Nutzer und AG. Für die Baustelleneinrichtung stehen Flächen auf dem Gelände der Kath. Grundschule In der Wasserkuhl zur Verfügung. Die Arbeiten zum Rückbau beinhalten im Wesentlichen folgende Leistungen: In den Gebäuden verbliebenes Inventar und Ausstattung ausräumen und entsorgen (Entrümpelung). Demontage und Entsorgen des gesamten bautechnische Innenausbaus (Böden, Wände, Decken etc.). Demontage und Entsorgen von sämtlichen haustechnischen Installationen wie E-Leitungen, Schalter und Dosen, Rohrleitungen, zentrale Anlagen der technischen Versorgung, Unterverteilungen etc.. Dächer und Dachkonstruktionen demontieren und entsorgen. Demontage und Entsorgung nicht tragender und tragender Mauerwerke, Estriche, Betonbauteile, Fundamente (Rohbau) sowie des Containers in Modulbauweise. Bodenaushub, Freilegung, Absperren und Demontage von Versorgungsleitungen auf dem Rückbaugrundstück. Demontage von befestigten Freiflächen. Verfüllung von Baugruben
