Předmětem veřejné zakázky je novostavba odpočívky poblíž obce Královec a novostavba služebního sjezdu, resp. nájezdu před státní hranicí ČR/PR. Odpočívka je situována při levé straně, ve směru staničení realizované dálnice D11, stavby 1109 Trutnov - státní hranice ČR/PR v km 154. Odpočívka je spolu s dálnicí D11 součástí transevropské dopravní sítě (TEN-T), dále je součástí souboru staveb, která je vymezena v „Návrhu rozvoje dopravních sítí v České republice“ a v kategorizaci dálnic a silnic I. třídy. Stavba 1109 je poslední částí tohoto koridoru mezi Trutnovem a státní hranicí. Služební sjezd, resp. nájezd je situován při obou stranách realizované dálnice D11, stavby 1109 Trutnov - státní hranice ČR/PR v km 154,150.
