Description

Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky: a) Zpracování dokumentace EIA (dále jen „dokumentace EIA“) dle § 8 zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Závěr z procesu EIA bude zapracován do DPS. b) Zhotovení Projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby dopravní infrastruktury (DPS) v režimu BIM, která specifikuje předmět Díla v takovém rozsahu, aby ji bylo možno projednat v řízení o povolení záměru, získat pravomocné povolení záměru (povolení stavby) dle zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „stavební zákon“), včetně Stanoviska oznámeného subjektu ve fázi vydání povolení záměru a činností koordinátora BOZP při práci na staveništi ve fázi přípravy včetně zpracování plánu BOZP na staveništi a manuálu údržby. c) Zpracování a podání žádosti o vydání povolení záměru dle stavebního zákona, včetně všech vyžadovaných podkladů, jejímž výsledkem bude vydání povolení záměru (povolení stavby). Dodavatel bude spolupracovat při vydání příslušných rozhodnutí do nabytí jejich právní moci. d) Zpracování Díla v režimu BIM a vytvoření Informačního modelu BIM dle Přílohy č. 11 Smlouvy o dílo s názvem BIM protokol, včetně všech jeho příloh. Informační model je součást Díla a bude zpracováván, projednávám a odevzdáván průběžně a společně s ostatními části Díla dle Harmonogramu plnění dle Přílohy č. 5 Smlouvy o dílo. e) Koordinační činnost dodavatele, jejíž náplní je koordinace této zakázky a zhotovitelů zakázek „Železniční uzel Brno, etapa Černovice“, „Železniční uzel Brno a etapa Židenice“. Cílem je zachování jednotné koncepce technického řešení a všech částí dokumentace. f) Zhotovení Aktualizace Záměru projektu (AZP) podle Pravidel přípravy a realizace akcí dopravní infrastruktury financovaných Státním fondem dopravní infrastruktury (dále jen „Pravidla MD“). Rozsah tohoto plnění si Objednatel vyhrazuje jako změnu závazku ze smlouvy v souladu s ustanovením § 100 odst. 1 ZZVZ. Plnění bude Zhotovitel realizovat na základě pokynu Objednatele při překročení předpokládaných investičních nákladů o 10 % anebo při zásadních změnách technického řešení stavby. g) Tvorba dat pro potřeby provozu GIS portálu (systém pro veřejnost), průběžná správa a aktualizace dat portálu na základě požadavků zadavatele, nebo připomínek veřejnosti. h) Výkon Dozoru projektanta při zhotovení PDPS. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
