Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zpracování a dodání matematického kalibrovaného hydraulického modelu stokové sítě a odvodnění města České Budějovice, včetně přilehlých aglomerací, které jsou na stokovou síť města České Budějovice napojeny. Model musí zohledňovat současnou infrastrukturu, hydrologické a klimatické podmínky, stejně jako predikované změny zatížení systému odvodnění. Projekt musí vycházet z aktuálně platných zákonů a norem týkajících se vodního hospodářství a nakládání s odpadními vodami, včetně urbanistického plánování a environmentální politiky.
