Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce a nástavba objektu bytového domu č. p. 621, ulice Okružní na parcele č. 1201/32 v k.ú. České Budějovice 4. Předmětem díla je 1. etapa rekonstrukce stavebního objektu o stáří cca 40 let, původním určením zhotoven jako administrativní budova v průmyslovém areálu, která byla před cca 21 lety stavebními úpravami a změnou užívání přestavěna na bytový dům. Objekt se skládá celkem ze tří částí: vstupní část tvoří jedno nadzemní podlaží, ke kterému je přisazen jednopodlažní objekt (část B a C). Za vstupním objektem se nachází vícepodlažní objekt (část A). Realizace díla bude provedena ve dvou etapách. V současné době se bude realizovat pouze první etapa. První etapa bude obsahovat rekonstrukci objektu B, C, nástavbu na objekt B a demolici vjezdové brány (objekt navazující na objekt B), stavební objekt A je zařazen do druhé etapy. Součástí první etapy bude celková přestavba části prostor objektu B pro využití prostor jako kanceláře, haly, ambulance, azylového domu a vstupní haly, a části C pro využití prostor jako nízkoprahového denního centra a noclehárny. V rámci přestavby dojde také k zateplení obvodového pláště částí B a C objektu. Současně je předmětem díla odstranění vjezdové brány navazující na objekt B. Součástí díla bude celková rekonstrukce vnitřních prostor objektu B a C a zhotovení nástavby na stávající část B objektu. Části B a C budou dispozičně propojeny, ale bude se jednat o samostatné provozy. Nově budou do všech částí objektu zřízeny samostatné bezbariérové přístupy. Jednopodlažní objekt „C“ bude nově zateplen, provedena celková vnitřní přestavba a střecha rozdělena na zelenou střechu a pochozí terasu přístupnou z objektu „B“. SO 01 - Objekt B+C SO 02 - Objekt A - bude řešeno v II. etapě SO 03 - TZB SO 04 - Bourání brány Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je definovaný projektovou dokumentací.
