Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb likvidace odpadů produkovaných Oblastní nemocnicí Kolín, a.s., nemocnicí Středočeského kraje, po dobu 24 měsíců s možností opce zadavatele na prodloužení doby plnění o dalších 24 měsíců. Veřejná zakázka je členěna do 2 Částí: • Část 1: Nebezpečné odpady • Část 2: Ostatní odpady Zadavatel si vyhrazuje právo rozdělit plnění předmětu Veřejné zakázky mezi dva dodavatele. Účastník zadávacího řízení je tak oprávněn podat nabídku na jednu nebo obě Části Veřejné zakázky. Zadavatel vyžaduje zajištění plnění veřejné zakázky v souladu s platnou legislativou, technologickými postupy, ustanoveními příslušných norem a v předepsané kvalitě. Předmětem plnění Části 1 Veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb likvidace specifického nebezpečného odpadu, za který se pro účely této zadávací dokumentace považují rovněž nepoužitelná léčiva produkovaná jako odpad Oblastní nemocnicí Kolín, a.s., nemocnicí Středočeského kraje. Zadavatel požaduje zajistit likvidaci nebezpečných odpadů (vč. nepoužitelných léčiv) pro všechny své provozovny (Nemocnice Kolín, Nemocnice Kutná Hora, Nemocnice následné a rehabilitační péče Vojkov), a to s využitím certifikovaného vážícího zařízení pro vážení odebíraného odpadu, v souladu s příslušnými ustanoveními zákona č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech.; Předmětem plnění Části 2 Veřejné zakázky je zajištění sběru, přepravy a likvidace ostatních odpadů (s výjimkou nebezpečných odpadů) produkovaných Oblastní nemocnicí Kolín, a.s., nemocnicí Středočeského kraje. Zadavatel požaduje zajistit sběr, přepravu a likvidaci ostatních odpadů (s výjimkou nebezpečných odpadů) pouze pro provozovnu Nemocnice Kolín, a to s využitím certifikovaného vážícího zařízení pro vážení odebíraného odpadu, v souladu s ustanovením zákona č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech.
