Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je komplexní zajištění nakládání s komunálním odpadem a dalšími odpady předávanými v obecním systému města Oslavany, včetně místní části Padochov, po dobu od 1. 1. 2027 do 31. 12. 2030. Plnění zahrnuje zejména: a) pravidelný svoz směsného komunálního odpadu ze stanovišť určených zadavatelem, b) dodání, rozmístění, údržbu a výměnu nádob v rozsahu stanoveném ve výkazu prací a služeb, c) svoz odděleně soustřeďovaných složek komunálního odpadu, d) provoz sběrného dvora v areálu „Na Černých“, včetně převzetí odpadů od oprávněných osob, obsluhy, vedení provozní dokumentace a zajištění potřebných zařízení, e) předání odpadů výhradně do zařízení určených pro nakládání s odpady, popřípadě oprávněnému obchodníkovi s odpady, a zajištění jejich následného využití nebo odstranění v souladu s právními předpisy, f) vedení a předávání evidenčních, vážních a dalších podkladů v rozsahu stanoveném smlouvou, g) součinnost při plnění povinností zadavatele vůči autorizované obalové společnosti a kolektivním systémům, výlučně v rozsahu výslovně vymezeném v příloze č. 4 ZD. h) Odpad nebude zadavatelem ani jím pověřeným dopravcem standardně dovážen do místa určeného dodavatelem, s výjimkou odpadů předávaných přímo ve sběrném dvoře nebo jiného jednotlivě objednaného převozu. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je komplexní zajištění služeb svozu odpadu pro město Oslavany; v rozsahu Zadávací dokumentace.
