Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na odbieraniu odpadów komunalnych ze wszystkich nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Miasta Puławy, dalej zwanym Miastem lub Zamawiającym, w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2028 r. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje w całym okresie realizacji zamówienia odbiór z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, następujących rodzajów odpadów komunalnych: 1) zmieszanych niesegregowanych odpadów komunalnych gromadzonych w pojemnikach; 2) odpadów komunalnych zbieranych w sposób selektywny, w pojemnikach lub workach, z podziałem na frakcje: a) papier, b) metal i tworzywa sztuczne, c) szkło, d) bioodpady, e) popiół z palenisk domowych. 3) odpady wielkogabarytowe w ramach zbiórek akcyjnych; 4) tekstylia i odzież w ramach zbiórek akcyjnych. 3. Zamówienie nie obejmuje odbioru powstających na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych odpadów pochodzących z robót budowlanych i remontowych, opon i pozostałych frakcji odpadów nie wymienionych w pkt 1.2. 4. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje transport i przekazanie odebranych odpadów komunalnych do Instalacji Komunalnej w Puławach (IK) - Zakładu Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Komunalnych w Puławach przy ul. Dęblińskiej 96 obsługiwanego przez ZUK Puławy Sp. z o.o., ul. Składowa 3, 24-100 Puławy lub w przypadku jej awarii do instalacji wskazanej przez Zamawiającego. 5. Wykonawca w ramach realizacji zamówienia wyposaży nieruchomości zamieszkałe w zabudowie jednorodzinnej w worki o pojemności 120 l o grubości co najmniej 50 mikronów, przeznaczone do selektywnej zbiórki papieru, metali i tworzyw sztucznych, odpadów ulegających biodegradacji oraz worki o pojemności 60 l o grubości co najmniej 60 mikronów, przeznaczone do selektywnej zbiórki szkła. Worki muszą być wykonane z tworzywa LDPE, ewentualnie logo Wykonawcy oraz napisem danej frakcji w następujących kolorach: kolor niebieski - dla papieru, kolor żółty dla metali i tworzyw sztucznych, kolor zielony dla szkła, kolor brązowy dla bioodpadów. Łączna szacunkowa ilość odpadów, które będą podlegały odbiorowi i transportowi do IK w okresie 24 miesięcy realizacji umowy wynosi 25 000 Mg.
