Description

Předmětem této veřejné zakázky (dále také „VZ”) je rozvoj nástroje pro správu identit (IAM) Finanční správy České republiky po dobu 15 měsíců a následná podpora provozu a rozvoje po dobu 48 měsíců, a to v souladu s podmínkami uvedenými v Příloze č. 1 ZD - Návrh Smlouvy na rozvoj nástroje pro správu identit, s Přílohou č. 2 ZD - Technický popis požadovaného řešení a Přílohou č. 3 ZD - Cenová nabídka. Zadavatel uvádí, že nástroj pro správu identit, který je předmětem plnění této VZ, bude charakterizován jako kritická informační infrastruktura dle § 2 písm. b) zákona č. 181/2014 Sb., o kybernetické bezpečnosti a o změně souvisejících zákonů (zákon o kybernetické bezpečnosti), ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Plnění předmětu VZ bude poskytováno ve dvou etapách, a to následovně: 1. etapa Rozvoj nástroje pro správu identit (IAM) Finanční správy České republiky po dobu 15 měsíců dle podmínek stanovených v Příloze č. 1 ZD a Příloze č. 2 ZD. 2. etapa Poskytování podpory provozu a rozvoje po dobu 48 měsíců dle Přílohy č. 1 ZD. Podpora provozu v rámci 2. etapy zahrnuje: a) řešení incidentů v režimu 5x8 a za podmínek stanovených v čl. V. smlouvy; b) poskytnutí Service Desk pro hlášení a sledování vyřizování incidentů a požadavků na poskytnutí konkrétní služby podpory provozu; c) zajištění služby Hot-line pro urgentní předávání incidentů; d) monitoring IAM pro detekci a řešení problémů. Rozvoj v rámci 2. etapy plnění předmětu VZ zahrnuje školení, analytické, programátorské a další technické aktivity, které bude dodavatel poskytovat na základě požadavků zadavatele, a to v maximálním rozsahu 320 člověkodnů. Jedním člověkodnem se rozumí 8 hodin práce jednoho člověka (dále jen „MD“). Zadavatel není povinen v rámci 2. etapy plnění předmětu VZ požadovat žádný konkrétní počet MD a dodavatel je oprávněn fakturovat jen skutečně poskytnuté MD.
