Předmětem veřejné zakázky je podpora softwarových produktů ALVAO Service Desk pro 14 500 uživatelů, ALVAO ServiceDesk Enterprise API pro 14 500 uživatelů, ALVAO ServiceDesk pro 200 řešitelů a Module ALVAO Outlook Add-in pro 14 500 uživatelů, která je blíže vymezena v čl. 3 odst. 3.1 bod 3.1.2 ZD a dále poskytnutí individuálně hrazených prací a služeb při provozování a údržbě SW ALVAO dle požadavků zadavatele, které jsou blíže vymezeny v čl. 3. odst. 3.1 bod 3.1.3 ZD.
