Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je dodávka čipových karet, resp. plastových nosičů s bezkontaktním čipem, oboustranně potištěných, graficky a elektronicky personalizovaných nebo anonymních. Technická specifikace požadovaných typů čipových karet, která tvoří součást závazného návrhu rámcové dohody dle Přílohy č. 3 této zadávací dokumentace vychází ze skutečnosti, že pro bezproblémovou a plnou funkčnost systému musí být dodány karty MIFARE DESFire nebo karty s nimi v daném rozsahu plně kompatibilní. Dodávky čipových karet budou poskytovány na základě samostatných dílčích objednávek z uzavírané rámcové dohody. Předmět veřejné zakázky je dále blíže vymezen v závazném návrhu rámcové dohody, která tvoří Přílohu č. 3 této zadávací dokumentace, resp. v přílohách této rámcové dohody. Pokud jsou v této zadávací dokumentaci či v jejích přílohách uvedeny odkazy na některé obchodní značky, obchodní firmy, názvy nebo jména, patenty na vynálezy, užitné vzory, ochranné známky nebo označení původu, je to odůvodněno předmětem veřejné zakázky - poskytování služeb ve vztahu ke stávajícímu vybavení zadavatele. Zadavatel výslovně upozorňuje, že v případě, kdy je takový odkaz v této zadávací dokumentaci uveden, připouští jakékoliv jiné kvalitativně a technicky obdobné řešení.
