Description

Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je: - sjednání Rámcové dohody, která stanoví smluvní podmínky pro plnění jednotlivých dílčích zakázek na poskytování implementačních a konzultačních služeb pro systém GIS (na platformě ArcGIS) a - poskytování servisních služeb pro SW GIS (na platformě ArcGIS). Poskytované servisní služby budou určeny pro řešení incidentů, problémů, servisních požadavků a změnových požadavků nad rámec záruky vzniklých v souvislosti s provozem a správou SW GIS. Přesné vymezení Předmětu veřejné zakázky a ostatní požadavky na jeho provedení včetně informací, podmínek, specifikací a ostatních údajů jsou detailně specifikovány v části 3 a 5 Zadávací dokumentace. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena s maximálně 4 Dodavateli a Servisní smlouva s 1 Dodavatelem, se kterými bude moci Zadavatel Smlouvy uzavřít na základě postupu dle čl. 26 části 1 Zadávací dokumentace. Podrobné informace jsou uvedeny v zadávací dokumentaci.
