Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí následujících plnění ze strany dodavatele: i. dodání agendového informačního systému (dále jen „PORT“) spočívající v postupném vývoji a implementaci PORTu, čímž se rozumí jeho postupné vytvoření, rozvoj a implementace do serverové a komunikační infrastruktury zajištěné dodavatelem pro jeho provoz; a ii. zajištění provozu PORTu, včetně zajištění serverové a komunikační infrastruktury zajištěné dodavatelem pro jeho provoz a zajištění součinnosti při migraci dat ze současného softwarového řešení využívaného zadavatelem do PORTu, s tím, že tato infrastruktura bude službou cloud computingu ve smyslu zákona č. 365/2000 Sb., o informačních systémech veřejné správy a o změně některých dalších zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. V podrobnostech je předmět veřejné zakázky popsán v přílohách zadávací dokumentace, zejména v příloze č. 2 (závazném návrhu smlouvy).
