Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky jsou služby Service Desk, služby podpory koncových stanic, služby podpory ostatních zařízení a drobného HW a služby podpory LAN. Předmětem plnění jsou dále služby na bázi Time & Material a asistenční služby poskytované v rámci plánu ukončení služeb. Jednotlivá dílčí plnění této zakázky tedy jsou: a) Service Desk: předmětem služby je poskytnutí jednotného kontaktního místa (Single Point of Contact) Service Desku a komunikačních kanálů pro uživatele služeb i pro zadavatele; b) Podpora koncových stanic: předmětem služeb je poskytování podpory technického vybavení (HW) a programového vybavení (SW) koncových stanic; c) Podpora ostatních zařízení a drobného HW: předmětem plnění jsou paušální služby a služby na vyžádání týkající se jednoho ze zařízení typu: mobilní koncové zařízení, modem, IP telefon, drobný HW, lokální či síťová tiskárna, multifunkční zařízení, plotter; d) Podpora LAN: předmětem plnění je patchování kabeláže, udržování aktuálnosti dokumentace náležící ke kabeláži, zásuvkám a patch panelům; e) Služby na bázi Time & Material: předmětem je čerpání služeb specialistů v předem definovaných rolích na základě individuálních objednávek.
