Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování energetických služeb se zaručeným výsledkem dle § 10e odst. 4 zákona č. 406/2000 Sb., o hospodaření energií, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, spočívajících: a) v realizaci předběžných činností; b) ve zpracování potřebné projektové dokumentace na realizaci úsporných opatření; c) v zajištění náležitostí spojených se získáním stavebního povolení; d) v realizaci základních energeticky úsporných opatření; e) ve zpracování dokumentace skutečného provedení úsporných opatření; f) ve vypracování provozního řádu pro nově instalované zařízení a zaškolení obsluhy; g) v poskytování energetického managementu; h) v poskytování záruky za dosažení smluvně garantovaných úspor; za účelem dosažení zvýšení energetické účinnosti a snížení provozních nákladů v objektech zadavatele. Veřejná zakázka bude realizována s využitím metody Energy Performance Contracting (dále jen „EPC“). Jedná se o komplexní veřejnou zakázku zahrnující přípravu, realizaci a následné dlouhodobé sledování a vyhodnocování výsledků zavedených energeticky úsporných opatření, přičemž dodavatel poskytne zadavateli záruku za dosažení očekávaných ekonomických přínosů.
