Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování komplexních služeb cyklické povrchové deratizace (hubení hlodavců) na území hlavního města Prahy, výhradně na pozemcích a plochách ve správě hlavního města Prahy, které nejsou svěřeny do správy městských částí, a to za účelem ochrany veřejného zdraví, regulace populace hlodavců a omezení hygienických a majetkových rizik. Služby deratizace budou poskytovány ve dvou režimech: • plánovaná cyklická deratizace podle územního a časového harmonogramu schvalovaného zadavatelem pro každý kalendářní rok; • ad hoc deratizační zásahy na základě jednotlivých písemných pokynů nebo objednávek zadavatele, zejména v reakci na podněty veřejnosti, mimořádný nebo lokálně zvýšený výskyt hlodavců nebo jiné naléhavé potřeby zadavatele. Předpokládaný rozsah plnění v základní době trvání smlouvy činí přibližně 14 000 deratizačních jednotek za kalendářní rok, celkem nejvýše 56 000 deratizačních jednotek. Jedné deratizační jednotce standardně odpovídá 1 000 m² plochy nebo prostoru. Roční množství je orientační; zadavatel je oprávněn měnit rozložení jednotek mezi jednotlivými roky podle skutečné potřeby. Zadavatel negarantuje odebrání žádného minimálního počtu deratizačních jednotek.
