Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v rámci DNS budou geodetické služby poskytované v souladu se zákonem č. 200/1994 Sb., o zeměměřictví a o změně a doplnění některých zákonů souvisejících s jeho zavedením, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a jeho prováděcí vyhláškou č. 31/1995 Sb. ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zákonem č.256/2013 Sb. o katastru nemovitostí (dále jen „Katastrální zákon“), vyhláškou č.357/2013 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí (dále jen „Katastrální vyhláška“) a dalšími právními předpisy České republiky, a to dle aktuálních potřeb SPÚ.
