Předmětem VZ je vypracování návrhu komplexních pozemkových úprav (dále jen „KoPÚ“). Obvod KoPÚ je tvořen hlavním k.ú. Vonšov a přilehlými částmi k.ú. Nový Drahov a Žírovice. Výměra předpokládaného obvodu pozemkových úprav činí 334 ha (z toho k.ú. Vonšov - 151 ha, k.ú. Nový Drahov - 161 ha a k.ú. Žírovice - 22 ha). Výměra neřešených pozemků činí 12 ha (vše v k.ú. Vonšov)
