Description

Předmětem plnění zadávané veřejné zakázky (dále jen „veřejná zakázka“) je zpracování projektové dokumentace včetně výkazu výměr a kontrolního rozpočtu pro přístavbu (novostavbu) objektu II. v areálu základní školy V Cibulkách, Na Výši. Dokumentace bude sloužit jako podklad pro zadání veřejné zakázky na zhotovitele stavby. Součástí plnění veřejné zakázky bude rovněž zhotovení projektové dokumentace s využitím metody Building Information Modeling (BIM), a to v rozsahu a způsobem odpovídajícím požadavkům vyplývajícím z platné a účinné právní úpravy, zejména ze zákona č. 330/2025 Sb., o správě informací o stavbě a vystavěném prostředí, včetně souvisejících prováděcích právních předpisů. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění je obsažena ve vzoru smlouvy a jeho přílohách, který je obsažen v příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace.
