Description

Předmětem zakázky je výkon funkce správce stavby a poskytnutí souvisejících služeb. Předmětem souvisejícího projektu je zejména novostavba a rekonstrukce pozemních komunikací včetně jejich relevantních součástí a příslušenství, a to v zájmových oblastech odpovídajících jednotlivým sekcím, jak jsou popsány níže. Zakázka bude realizována metodou Design-Build. Ke dni zahájení řízení je předpokládaná hodnota související stavební zakázky 292,6 mil. Kč bez DPH (+ opce ve výši 56,5 mil. Kč bez DPH). Dílo, které, jehož provedení je předmětem souvisejícího projektu, je rozděleno do následujících sekcí: (a) Sekce OK: okružní křižovatka Sekce odpovídá části Díla zejména v rozsahu zhotovení okružní křižovatky, která umožní napojení Komořan, Zbraslavi, Točné a Břežan na dálnici D0 s využitím v předstihu realizovaného mostu D0 187a. Sekce je realizována v rámci akce PS - Komořanská - napojení na Pražský okruh, P12, č. akce 1000295. (b) Sekce MÚK: mimoúrovňová křižovatka s D0 včetně opravy a dokončení mostu D0 187a Sekce odpovídá části Díla zejména v rozsahu zhotovení mimoúrovňové křižovatky, která vyřeší napojení ulice Komořanská na D0 s využitím v předstihu realizovaného mostu D0 187a včetně jeho opravy a dokončení. Jedná se o propojení mostu D0 187a s novou okružní křižovatkou a D0 a propojení nové okružní křižovatky s D0. Sekce je realizována v rámci akce PS - Komořanská - napojení na Pražský okruh, P12, č. akce 1000295. (c) Sekce STEZ: společná stezka pro pěší a cyklisty Sekce odpovídá části Díla zejména v rozsahu zhotovení stezky pro pěší a cyklisty, která propojí stávající cyklostezku A513 s jižní částí zástavby Komořan. Sekce je realizována v rámci akce Komořanská, obratiště Pod Lesem, č. akce 2960118. (d) Sekce BUS: obratiště BUS Pod Lesem Sekce odpovídá části Díla zejména v rozsahu zhotovení autobusového obratiště a zastávky (pracovní název „Pod Lesem“) tak, aby bylo možné zrušení nevyhovujícího obratiště v centru Komořan a zlepšení obsluhy této lokality. Sekce je realizována v rámci akce Komořanská, obratiště Pod Lesem, č. akce 2960118.
