Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění komplexních činností týmu správce stavby / projektového manažera (dále jen „Projektový manažer“) v rámci (projektové) přípravy a realizace projektu „Bytový soubor Černý Most - U Parku, Praha 14“, který zahrnuje rovněž plochu městské a krajinné zeleně s rekreačními aktivitami, a jež má být vystavěn na pozemcích parc. č. 221/500, 902, 903, 905, 548/1, 548/2, 548/3, 893, 221/893, 221/894, 221/895, 221/896, 354, 221/945, 221/946, 221/947, 221/948, 221/949, 375/1, 221/958, 221/959, 221/960, 221/961, 331/962, 221/963, 221/964, 221/943, 221/950, 221/951, 221/952, 221/953, 221/954, 221/955, 221/956, 221/957, 221/944, 221/743, 221/752, 221/742, 221/751, 221/753, 221/754, 221/746, 221/757, 221/744, 221/756, 221/755, 221/747, 904, 221/892, to vše v katastrálním území Černý Most, list vlastnictví č. 85.
