SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Bondenwald 14b ist ein Ersatzneubau einer 2-Feldhalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wird als Massivbau mit Wänden aus Kalksandsteinmauerwerk und Stahlbeton, einer Stahlbetongeschossdecke und mit Holz-Dachtragwerk ausgeführt. --------------- Hier: Tischler Innentüren --------------- Innentüren mit Stahlumfassungszarge: Es werden ca. 16 Stk Innentüren mit Stahlumfassungszarge und Vollspantürblatt z.T. mit Brandschutzanforderung und als Feuchtraumtür ausgeführt. Innentüren als Stahlrahmentüren: Es werden ca. 2 Stk Innentüren mit Stahlrahmen mit VSG Verglasung als RS Türen ausgeführt. Sporthallenelmente: Es werden 2 Sporthallentüren mit Glasausschnitt (kraftabbauend) und 2 Sporthallenfenster (kraftabbauend) und 2 Sporthallentore ausgeführt. Die Türen und Tore sind vorgerüstet und geeignet zur Aufnahme von bauseitig aufzuklebenden flächenelastischen Prallwänden auszuführen.
