Description

Предметът на обществената поръчка включва доставка на различни видове медицински изделия/консумативи - стерилни конци. Поръчката е разделена на 1 (една) обособена позиция подробно описана в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1, неразделна част от настоящите указания за участие. Възложителят поставя изискване за комплексност на офертите за Обособената позиция. Участниците оферират всички номенклатури, включени в обособената позиция, по която участват. В случай, че участник не оферира една или повече номенклатури от обособената позиция, по която участва, ще бъде отстранен от процедурата, за конкретната обособена позиция. В случай, че участник оферира една или повече номенклатури от обособената позиция, по която участва, но същата/същите не отговарят на изискванията на Възложителя, се приема, че не е спазена комплексността и участникът ще бъде отстранен от процедурата, за конкретната обособена позиция. Посочените в Техническата спецификация количества са прогнозни и не обвързват Възложителя със задължение да ги заяви и изкупи в цялост. По време на изпълнение на договора, Възложителят има право да променя посочените в спецификацията количества, съобразно нуждите си, включително да се отказва от доставката на определени номенклатури, както и да заявява нови видове, които не са включени в спецификацията, но са в изпълнение на предмета на поръчката. Под „нови видове“ се има предвид: при спиране от производство и/или внос, еквивалент на видовете изделия, включени в спецификацията по договора. Изискванията, на които трябва да отговаря шевния материал по отношение на техническите характеристики, са указани в Техническата спецификация. Срокът на изпълнение на обществената поръчка е 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, считано от датата на подписване на договора. Срокът на валидност на офертите е 6 месеца. При разглеждане на офертите назначената комисия ще приложи т.нар. "обърнат ред", на основание чл. 104, ал. 2 ЗОП, във връзка с чл. 61 от ППЗОП, оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците ще се извърши преди разглеждане на документите за съответствие с критериите за подбор. Периодична доставка на „Стерилен хирургичен шевен резорбируем материал“. В колона "Прогнозно количество", общо за всички номенклатурни единици - 374585 бр., подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1. Доставките зависят от конкретните потребностите на болничното заведение и не може да бъде определен постоянен график за доставки. Срокът за доставка е както следва: » при регулярна заявки - до 72 (седемдесет и два) часа, считано от часа, последващ часа на получаване на писмена заявка; » при спешни заявки - до 6 (шест) часа, считано от часа, последващ часа на получаване на писмена заявка.
