Le présent marché est un marché de travaux qui comprend l’exécution des travaux suivants (description générale des travaux à réaliser) : Marché de travaux en 4 lots ayant pour objet la construction d'une maison de repos : - Lot 1 - Architecture - Lot 2 - HVAC - Lot 3 - Électricité - Lot 4 - Cuisine. Les travaux décrits ci-dessus ne sont pas exhaustifs. Le détail des travaux est repris dans les clauses techniques et le métré récapitulatif annexé au cahier spécial des charges. Il est expressément stipulé que l’entrepreneur doit exécuter les travaux suivant les règles de l’art. Les lieux d’exécution sont définis comme suit (voir également plans et métrés) : Rue de Beauwelz, n°13 à 6590 MOMIGNIES Code CPV : - Lot 1 - Architecture : o 45000000-7 - Travaux de construction o 45400000-1 - Travaux de parachèvement de bâtiment - Lot 2 - HVAC : o 45232460-4 - Travaux d'installations sanitaires o 45331000-6 - Travaux d'installation de matériel de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation - Lot 3 - Électricité : o 45315300-1 - Installations d'alimentation électrique - Lot 4 - Cuisine : o 45421151-7 - Installation de cuisines équipées Numéro de marché : CSC n°58600 - Marché n°2017/116-2017/135 Tous les matériaux à mettre en œuvre dans le présent marché sont neufs et sont à fournir par l’entrepreneur, à moins que le cahier spécial des charges ne le précise autrement. Dans le cadre du présent marché, l’adjudicateur entend lutter contre le dumping social et la fraude sociale (Voy. A2.91). En cas d’application au titre A2.6 Clauses sociales d’une clause sociale flexible : dans le cadre du présent marché, l’adjudicateur souhaite favoriser l'insertion professionnelle en réalisant un effort de formation, d’insertion ou d’intégration socioprofessionnelle. Autres clauses particulières prévues dans le cadre de ce marché : - Mission de pilotage : Voy. A2.94. Le marché repris dans le présent cahier des charges est financé par l’AVIQ. Des obligations en matière de respect des délais seront à prendre en compte lors de l’exécution de ce chantier. L’attribution du marché doit avoir lieu avant le 31 décembre 2027 et toutes les phases doivent avoir débuté avant le 31 décembre 2030. A cet effet, il est prévu une pénalité spéciale par jour de retard en complément de l’article 45 de l’A.R. du 14 janvier 2013 (voir point A4.72. Pénalités).
