Description

Le système SCADA est un pilier essentiel de l'infrastructure opérationnelle de RESA, notamment pour la téléconduite du réseau gaz et électricité. Il permet de connaitre à distance l’état des réseaux en y collectant les données de mesure et signalisations. Ces données peuvent être par ailleurs échangées avec Elia et d'autres Gestionnaires de Réseaux de Distribution (GRD). De plus, il offre la possibilité de contrôler les réseaux à distance en envoyant des commandes de modulation aux productions décentralisées ou en actionnant des organes de manœuvre. Actuellement, pour son réseau électrique MT, RESA utilise le système SCADA « Lynx V6 », fourni et maintenu par la société Eviden. Il s’agit du principal outil de travail au poste de conduite électrique. Pour le monitoring du réseau gaz, l’applicatif utilisé est « Panorama » de la société Codra. Pour faire face aux défis inhérents à la smartisation des réseaux, RESA souhaite s’équiper d’un système moderne. Ce nouveau SCADA s’apparente plus à un ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System). Il mettra en œuvre des fonctionnalités innovantes, renforçant ainsi la maitrise des réseaux moyenne et basse tension ainsi que du réseau gaz. Le présent marché portera sur l'implémentation d'une solution informatique et de sa maintenance sur une durée de 15 ans.
