The Belgian railway company SNCB is procuring a framework agreement for the study, delivery, installation and commissioning of new access control systems, lasting 6 years. The systems will be installed at stations (and platforms), administrative and management buildings, technical buildings (workshops, maintenance posts), car parks (underground and surface, enclosed or not) and bicycle parking across Belgium. Subsequent contracts based on the framework, lasting 16 years, cover preventive and corrective maintenance of the new systems, starting one year after provisional acceptance.
