Description
Het doel van deze aankoop is het verwerven van een geavanceerde opleidingsinfrastructuur die leerlingen voorbereidt op Industrie 4.0-toepassingen. De gevraagde systemen en software moeten realistische leeromgevingen creëren waarin zowel fysieke als digitale assemblageprocessen en virtuele simulaties kunnen worden geïntegreerd. Deze infrastructuur zal worden ingezet in technische en beroepsgerichte STEM-richtingen. De FMS-200 voor Industry 4.0 is een flexibele productielijn die verschillende technologieën en vaardigheden combineert, waaronder: collaboratieve robotica (Cobot) met een zelf te bepalen keuze uit Fanuc, ABB of UR3 Cobot. een doorgedreven PLC-besturing voor de aansturing en integratie van de productielijn. IoT en dataverwerking met de mogelijkheid tot remote monitoring en analyse. aangepaste simulatiesoftware (Autosim) voor praktijkgerichte softwaretrainingen. Digital Twin-technologie als virtuele simulatie van het systeem, zodat leerlingen kunnen experimenteren zonder fouten te maken of componenten te breken. Dit maakt het mogelijk om: op beide campussen te oefenen zonder de fysieke opstelling te verplaatsen. de opstelling niet dubbel te moeten aankopen zodat op slechts 1 campus een volledig automatiseringslabo ingericht moet worden waarbij testen in een realistische omgeving kunnen plaatsvinden.
