Description

Karus vzw is op zoek naar een oplossing om het patrimonium uit te breiden met een toegangscontrolesysteem. In een eerste fase gaat dit over levering, installatie en onderhoud van het toegangscontrolesysteem in nieuwbouw M20 om vervolgens toekomstige gebrouwen die worden gerenoveerd verder gestaag uit te rusten. De toegang moet voorzien worden met een badge, maar moet toekomstig in functie van verdere digitalisering uit te breiden zijn naar een oplossing met mobiele en biometrische identificatie. De aanneming omvat de mogelijkheid tot leveren, plaatsen, aansluiten en implementeren van een geïntegreerd systeem voor toegangscontrole. Het systeem dient modulair uitbreidbaar te zijn en dient bij voorkeur gekoppeld te worden op de bestaande databronnen van de organisatie om noodzakelijk gegevens uit te wisselen in het dagdagelijks efficiënt gebruik. Via deze raamovereenkomst wenst Karus het huidige toegangscontrolesysteem van EM uit te breiden naar de toekomstige nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Het nieuwe systeem moet derhalve compatibel zijn met het systeem van EM en medewerkers moeten met dezelfde badge beide systemen kunnen gebruiken.
