Description

De Aanbestedende Overheid is op zoek naar een partner die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het preventief onderhoud van de HVAC-installaties in ZOL Maas en Kempen. Het doel hiervan is het waarborgen van betrouwbare, veilige en efficiënt werkende HVAC-installaties. De opdracht wordt afgesloten voor een initiële periode van 36 maanden, maar met de mogelijkheid om te verlengen met 24 maanden. De opdracht zal in detail omschreven worden in de tweede fase van de plaatsingsprocedure, zijnde de gunningsfase. De geraamde waarde voor de realisatie van de hier voorliggende opdracht, bedraagt € 450.000 (exclusief BTW). De raamovereenkomst heeft een maximale waarde, over de volledige looptijd van de opdracht, van +/- € 675.000 (exclusief BTW).
