Description

Urakan tarkoituksena on toteuttaa tilaajan omistamissa tai hallinnoimissa vuokratalokiinteistöissä yhteisantenniverkon sisäverkon muutokset, jotka tarvitaan siirryttäessä kaapeli-tv-ratkaisusta maanpäällisen antennitelevision jakeluun. Urakoitsija vastaa urakkarajan sisällä työn suunnittelusta, tarvittavista selvityksistä, työstä, materiaaleista, mittauksista,käyttöönotosta, dokumentoinnista ja lopputuloksen toimivuudesta hankinta-asiakirjoissa määritellyllä tavalla. Hankinta on tilaajan hankintaohjeen mukainen pienhankinta, johon ei sovelleta hankintalakia. Tarjoajia kohdellaan kuitenkin tasapuolisesti ja hankinta toteutetaan avoimesti ja tarkoituksenmukaisesti. Urakkamuotona on kiinteähintainen kokonaishintaurakka. Urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Pääurakoitsijalle kuuluvat YSE 1998 1-2§:n mukaiset pääsuoritusvelvollisuudet sekä sivuvelvollisuudet. Pääurakoitsija vastaa YSE 1998 3-4§:n mukaisista työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista niiltä osin, kuin näitä ei ole erikseen rajattu pois tai lisätty.
