Description

The University of Edinburgh (“the University”) is undertaking early market engagement in relation to a forthcoming procurement for moving, removals, internal relocations, packing and associated services across the University Estate. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to: -Understand supplier capability to deliver the service scope described below; -Understand achievable timeframes (e.g., lead times, response times, mobilisation); -Identify appropriate contract structure, including whether a single-supplier or multi-supplier model would work best; -Identify opportunities to improve service quality, compliance, sustainability and value for money. This RFI does not form part of any formal procurement process and responses will be used solely for market research and to inform the potential procurement strategy and specification. Participation is voluntary and will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in a future procurement.
