NHS Highland requires continued support and maintenance for the Netcall communication systems used across multiple service areas, including ContactPortal, Voicemail, Contact Centres (such as PBS, Dental Helpline, and Estates Helpdesk), Notify Confirmer for major incident and emergency team call-outs, Notify Outpatient Appointment Reminders, and Auto Attendants. Award against framework: Patient/Citizen Communication & Engagement Solutions Please note: A previous Contract Notice was raised in the financial year of 24/25. However, the contract reference contained an error and the contract notice reference should have read HH282-24-SBS Solution Care. HH282-25-SBS Solution Care will look like a duplication but the contract dates are different. (SC Ref:824899)
