Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia ZŠ Mocsáryho - blok D (SO 03) vo Fiľakove. Objekt školy je 3 - podlažný, postavený v typovej konštrukčnej sústave MS-RP. Nosná konštrukcia budovy je skeletová z prvkov MS-RP v priečnom module 7,2x3,5x7,2m a pozdĺžnom module 6,0m. Stropné konštrukcie sú z predpätých stropných panelov SPIROLL hr.250mm. Strecha je plochá. Obvodový plášť je z celospínaných stenových panelov CALSILOX hr. 300mm. Predmetom je zateplenie objektu školy SO 03 - blok D- obvodové steny, strecha, výmena pôvodných otvorových výplní. Ďalej je riešená termoregulácia vykurovacieho systému a bleskozvod. Predmetom je aj realizácia Fotovoltaického zdroja. Výsledkom rekonštrukcie má byť dosiahnuté zníženie energetickej hospodárnosti budovy o 53,51 % zníženie potreby primárnej energie. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je uvedený v časti B. 1 Opis predmetu zákazky, v Projektovej dokumentácii (príloha č. 3 Súťažných podkladov), vo Výkaze výmer (príloha č. 1 Návrhu zmluvy o dielo), za podmienok záväzných obchodných podmienok v časti B.2 Obchodné podmienky dodania predmetu zákazky (Návrh zmluvy o dielo) a vo zvyšných častiach súťažných podkladov.
