Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác na projekte"Modernizácia základnej školy Benice". Rozsah stavebných prác: - v dôsledku veľkého úniku tepla pôvodnými sklobetónovými výplňami, navrhujeme aj tieto vymeniť za nové plastové okná, s minimálne rovnakými parametrami ako majú už vymenené plastové okná. Na dosiahnutie požadovaného tepelného odporu obalovej konštrukcie navrhujeme zateplenie objektu kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom s hrúbkou izolantu 150 mm - fasádne dosky zo grafitového polystyrénu. V časti sokla navrhujeme murivo zatepliť zatepľovacím systémom s hrúbkou izolantu 120 mm - doskami EPS na to špeciálne určenými alebo doskami z extrudovaného polystyrénu s podobnými tepelnoizolačnými vlastnosťami. Pôvodné strešné vrstvy sa asanujú až po stropné panely. Strecha sa zateplí doskami EPS 100S hr. 180 mm a spádovými doskami EPS 150S s min. hrúbkou 50 mm a napokon súčasťou skladby zelenej strechy s extenzívnou zeleňou substrátovými doskami z hydrofilnej minerálnej vlny hr. 50 mm. Odvod dažďovej vody zo strechy je riešený podokapovým žľabom a vonkajšími zvodmi. Pred zateplením je potrebné vykonať demontáž dotknutých dažďových zvodov a po zateplení zabezpečiť spätnú montáž.. - za účelom sprístupnenia vyučovacieho procesu aj pre osoby s obmedzenou schopnosťou pohybu budú pred hlavným vstupom do budovy vybudované exteriérové rampy s napojením na priestor pred hlavným vstupom, na chodník do jedálne, na nový chodník do átria a na chodník od vyčleneného par-kovacieho miesta pre vozičkárov. Dostupnosť všetkých podlaží je zabezpečená pomocou navrhovanej exteriérovej zdvíhacej plošiny s presklenou šachtou. - kontajnerová environmentálna trieda je navrhnutá za účelom prepojenia vyučovacieho procesu žiakov v triede v teoretickej rovine s praktickými skúsenosťami vonku v prírode a na neďalekom políčku. Objekt je vyskladaný do dvoch podlaží z typizovaných kontajnerov podľa potreby, ktoré sú dodatočne zateplené doskami z čadičovej vlny. Vrchná časť kontajnerov je riešená ako strecha s extenzívnou zeleňou, na uníženej časti sú situované fotovoltické panely. Ochranu pred prehriatím triedy v letných mesiacoch zabezpečuje inštalácia predsadených žalúzií. Bližšia špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je uvedená v projektovej dokumentácii a výkaze výmer, ktoré tvoria prílohy súťažných podkladov.
