WVA St. Urban BA13 Part 1, renovation with new capture of the Gall springs I-V incl. spring collection shaft and pumping station, pipeline works

The project covers the renewal of the spring capture structures of the Gall springs I-V, including the renewal of the spring outlet and inlet pipes with enlarged pipe diameters. The works ensure the safe discharge of spring water into a planned spring collection shaft and into the existing elevated reservoir Terzbauer in the municipality of St. Urban. A reservoir volume of 2 m3 is planned in the collection shaft, and a prefabricated pumping station near the existing Gall reservoir will supply the Gall high zone with drinking and service water. Once complete, the existing Gall reservoir (5 m3) is to be dismantled, cleaned and handed over to the municipality. Inlet pipes between the shaft and the pumping station will also be renewed, and the existing forest road will serve as access route.
