KIZ - St. Urban, HKLS building works

The municipality of St. Urban plans to demolish the existing buildings on its municipal yard site and construct a modern two-storey building serving both the fire brigade and the municipal works depot. The lower level, using the existing topography and the access from road L68, will house the depot functions: vehicle hall, storage, workshop and staff rooms, plus an annex used mainly as a waste collection point and store. The upper level, reached via a ramp following the terrain or a stairwell, will accommodate the fire brigade according to applicable guidelines, with space for 3 emergency vehicles. A training room and sanitary facilities, accessed via a foyer, may also be used outside the fire brigade.
