The municipality of St. Urban is procuring construction works on its existing yard site, where current buildings will be demolished and a new two-storey building erected. The lower level will house the municipal yard with a vehicle hall, storage, workshop and staff rooms, plus an annex used mainly as a waste collection point and store. This level uses the existing access road (L68) and provides parking for the fire brigade, located on the upper floor and reached via a ramp following the terrain or the staircase. The upper level will accommodate the fire brigade with space for 3 emergency vehicles, a training room and sanitary facilities accessed through a foyer that can also be used by non-fire-brigade users.
