Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je vypracování a. kompletní dokumentace oznámení záměru dle zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů (zákon o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, dále jen „zákon č. 100/2001 Sb.“, pro tramvajovou trať Rybníček - Rochlice; b. vypracování vyhodnocení vlivu na udržitelný rozvoj území v souladu s požadavky zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, pro změnu územního plánu Z28 územního plánu Liberec, která upravuje posuzovaný koridor tramvajové trati podle ověřovací studie (SEA). Součástí veřejné zakázky je zpracování oznámení záměru dle zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., zajištění podání oznámení, komunikace s příslušným orgánem EIA, zajištění vypořádání připomínek a spolupráce mezi zpracovatelem studie a zpracovatelem oznámení záměru.
