V rámci výmeny dverí budú realizované nasledovné práce: • demontáž pôvodných krídiel a zárubní dverí vrátane odstránenia spojovacieho materiálu, • odvoz a likvidácia vyradených dverí a vzniknutého stavebného odpadu, • stavebná príprava stavebných otvorov, vyrovnanie a oprava poškodených častí ostenia podľa potreby, • osadenie nových zárubní, ich presné vyrovnanie, ukotvenie a montáž, • montáž nových dverí vrátane kovania, kľučiek, zámkov a ďalšieho príslušenstva, • vyplnenie montážnych škár montážnou penou a ich finálna úprava, • vyspravenie ostení po montáži, tmelenie, omietnutie a maliarske opravy v mieste osadenia dverí, • nastavenie dverí, kontrola správnej funkčnosti zatvárania a uzamykania, • záverečné čistenie pracoviska a odovzdanie diela bez vád.
