VT 25 Meltola-Mustio archaeological expert services, point-like sites

The buyer procures archaeological excavation services for the VT 25 road improvement project between Meltola and Mustio in Finland. The works cover ancient monuments and areas identified and verified during field surveys in 2013 along the road corridor, to be excavated to the extent required by the Finnish Heritage Agency where not previously excavated. The fixed-price part includes legally protected charcoal kilns and undated earth structures, including research, documentation and excavation so the sites can be released for road construction. Optional additional research targets may arise in autumn 2026.
