Description

Sopimus sisältää pohjatutkimusten suorittamisen pohjatutkimusohjelman mukaisesti yksikköhintaperusteisena. Tarjouksen mukaisiin yksikköhintoihin tulee sisältyä kaikki työkustannukset mukaan lukien henkilöstö- ja kalustokustannukset. Täten tarjouksen mukaisiin yksikköhintoihin sisältyy kaikki työt ja kustannukset liittyen tutkimustyöhön mm. työnjohto, tutkimuspisteiden x,y,z -koordinaattien mittaukset, tarkemittausten suorittaminen, työnaikaisten liikenteen järjestelyiden suunnittelu ja toteutus (S2 luokka), kaapeli- ja putkisto-, yms. laiteselvitykset. Lisäksi yksikköhintoihin sisältyy työn vaatimien lupien hankkiminen, yhteydenpito työkohteen maanomistajiin, laadunvarmistustoimenpiteet, koekuoppien valokuvaus- ja dokumentointi sekä tutkimustietojen tulostaminen ja raportointi. Lisäksi yksikköhintoihin tulee sisällyttää pisteiden tarkistus ja tulosten toimittaminen tilaajalle. Yhteydenpito maanomistajiin, raportointi ja sekä tutkimuspisteiden paikalleen- ja tarkemittaus sisältyy yksikköhintoihin. Sopimukseen voi sisältyä myös pohja- ja pintavesien näytteenottoa sekä veden pinnan korkeuden mittauksia ja niihin liittyvää raportointia, pohja- ja pintavesien tarkkailuohjelmien laadintaa, tutkimus- ja kehitystoimintaa sekä asiantuntijalausuntoja.
