Description

Teollisuusvaihteistot mahdollistavat neljän alustadynamometrin kytkemisen yhteen testattavaan sähkömoottoriin. Kytkennällä saadaan dynamometrien yhteenlaskettu teho käyttöön, jolloin laboratoriossamme voidaan mallintaa ja tutkia erilaisia ajotilanteita jopa 1200 kW tehoisella sähkömoottorilla. Hankinta toteutetaan Suomen Akatemian Go! RI -hankkeen rahoituksella. Suomen Akatemia on myöntänyt projektille Euroopan unionin RRF-rahoituksen - NextGenerationEU. Sen vuoksi Go! RI -hankkeen tulee kerätä tiedot tavaran toimittajasta (toimeksisaajasta) ja tämän mahdollisista alihankkijoista. Tiedot kerätään Toimeksisaaja- ja alihankkijatietojen ilmoituslomakkeella hankintapäätöksen jälkeen valitulta toimeksisaajalta. Lisätietoja tiedonkeruusta kohdassa Muut tiedot - Hankinnan taustaa. Teollisuusvaihteilla mahdollistetaan 1200 kW tehoisen sähkömoottorin testaustoiminta mekaanisen kytkennän osalta. Dynamometrien kiinnityslaipat ovat pareittain vastakkain sekä 90° kulmassa tutkittavaan sähkömoottorin nähden, jolloin hankittavilla teollisuusvaihteilla tulee pystyä siirtämään ja jakamaan sähkömoottorilla tuotettu pyörimisliike neljälle dynamometrin laipalle. Teollisuusvaihteistoissa on oltava käytettävissä kaksi eri välityssuhdetta, jotta välityssuhdetta vaihtamalla voidaan tutkia sähkömoottorin eri nopeusalueita. Teollisuusvaihteet kytketään sähkömoottoriin, toisiinsa sekä dynamometriin erikseen hankituilla kardaaneilla, jotka kytketään teollisuusvaihteisiin laippaliitoksin. Laippojen tekniset tiedot ja teollisuusvaihteiden akseleiden paikkojen tilarajoitteet on esitetty liitteessä Tekniset vähimmäisvaatimukset. Hankittavat teollisuusvaihteet tulee pystyä kiinnittämään Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulun NUVE-LAB:n laboratoriotilan lattian t-urakiskoihin liitteessä Tekniset vähimmäisvaatimukset määritellyllä tavalla. Teollisuusvaihteiden jäähdytykseen on saatavilla tilaajan järjestämä jäähdytysvesikierto. Hankinta toteutetaan Suomen Akatemian Go! RI -hankkeen rahoituksella.
