Description

Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal som ska tillgodose ESEMs behov av Dongel för realtidsmätning samt tillhörande tjänster. Ramavtalet kommer att ha en första avtalstid om 3 år. ESEM har därefter rätt att förlänga avtalet i ytterligare 5 år, med 1 år i taget. Maximal avtalstid är således 8 år. Avtalsstart är planerad till juni 2026.
