RSGs behovsbild av WFM-systemet framgår närmare i Bilaga A0 Kontraktsföremålet. Uppdraget ska genomföras som ett samlat helhetsåtagande där Leverantören implementerar och försvaltar WFM-systemet under eget resultat- och ledningsansvar i enlighet avtalade funktions- och egenskapskrav samt avtalade servicenivåer. Villkoren för uppdraget och de närmare krav och nivåer som Leverantören ska uppfylla framgår av Avtalet, vilket utgör en integrerad del av anbudsinbjudan.
