Description

Upphandlingen omfattar konsultstöd av handledartjänster. Syftet med handledning är att med hjälp av extern kompetens stödja medarbetare i yrkesrollen med kunskap och stimulans till lösningar. Stödet ska stärka medarbetaren och bidra till att utveckla arbetsgrupper i metoder och förhållningssätt i det kontinuerliga arbetet med olika brukargrupper. Stödet ska också ge möjlighet till reflektion och förståelse av sig själv och andra människor.Medarbetarna ska bland annat få stöd i att hantera svåra situationer i arbetet och få reflektera över arbetet, sig själv och den professionella rollen i ett tryggt forum där alla ges utrymme. Handledningen ska bidra till att medarbetarna får mental avlastning och ny energi och på så sätt motverka känslomässig utmattning. Upphandlingen omfattar handledning inom följande anbudsområde: Anbudsområde 1: Socialtjänst Utredningsinstitution, Ärendehandledning, uppdragsbaserade föräldrautredningar. Handledningen ska i första hand ske på plats. Anbudsområde 2: Socialtjänst Handledning inom individ- och familjeomsorg. Anbudsområde 3: SocialtjänstHandledning för budget-och skuldrådgivare. Anbudsområde 4: SocialtjänstHandledning för socialsekreterare ekonomiskt bistånd.
