Description
The University of Edinburgh has appointed suppliers to supply and install furniture for the major capital project at Edinburgh College of Art (chairs and desks). In order to achieve best value for the University, the project was procured via the APUC FFE1017-AP Sustainable Furniture framework.
This award pertains exclusively to Phase 1 of the Project (Fire Station and Stables, Edinburgh College of Art), and at this stage, there is no financial commitment or contractual obligation on the part of the University in respect of Phase 2. Once Phase 2 is reached, the University may elect to award the requirements directly to Wagstaff Interiors Group (Lots 1 and 2) subject to a review of the project requirements, without the need for a further procurement process. However, the University reserves the right to initiate a new procurement exercise for Phase 2 should any material changes to the scope, budget, or other requirements warrant such action.
