Description

Tarjouskilpailu koskee tarjouskilpailuasiakirjoissa kuvattujen Kaustisen kunnan esi- ja perusopetukseen osallistuvien oppilaiden koululaiskuljetusten hoitamista joukkoliikenneluvan tai taksiluvan nojalla sopimuskaudelle, jonka kesto on lukuvuoden 2026-2028 ajan. Sopimukseen sisältyy lisäksi optiomahdollisuus lukuvuodelle 2028-2029. Tarjouskilpailutuksen kohteena ovat liitteen 6 (REITIT LUKUVUODELLE 2026-2028) mukaiset reitit, sairaalakoulukuljetus sekä sivistyspalvelujen muut kuljetukset. Tarjouskilpailussa noudatettavat ehdot ja ratkaisuperiaatteet on määritelty tarkemmin liitteessä 1 (TARJOUSKILPAILUN EHDOT). Sopimuskauden aikana valittua tarjoajaa sitovat sopimusasiakirjat on kuvattu liitteessä 2 (LIIKENNÖINTISOPIMUS LUONNOS). Tarjouspyynnön perusajatus on, että tarjouksella annetaan hinta/reitti/kerta ja kokonaiskilometrimäärät ja näiden perusteella määräytyvät reittikohtaiset kilometrihinnat. Liikennöitsijät valitaan reittikohtaisesti ensisijaisesti reittihinnan perusteella (hinta/reitti/kerta) ja toissijaisesti ao. reitin kilometrihinnan perusteella. Sopimuskumppaniksi valitaan yksi tarjoaja jokaiseen osakokonaisuuteen (reittiin). Tarjoaja voi tehdä tarjouksen valintansa mukaan yhteen, useaan tai kaikkiin osakokonaisuuksiin.
