Hankinnan piiriin voivat kuulua Helsingin kaupungin toimialojen, virastojen ja liikelaitosten lisäksi Helsingin Konsernihankinta Oy:n osakkaat. Seuraavat osakkaat ovat ilmoittautuneet mukaan tähän hankintaan: - Helsinki Partners Oy Tavoitteena on saada laaja myymäläverkosto monipuolisia vähittäis-, käyttötavara- ja elintarvikemyymälöitä. Sopimuskumppaneiksi tavoitellaan muun muassa elintarvike-, vaate-, kenkä-, kosmetiikka-, kodintarvike- sekä urheilutarvikemyymälöitä.
