Description

Jyväskylän koulutuskuntayhtymä Gradia (myöhemmin Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia eri toimipisteissä Jyväskylässä, Jämsässä ja Lievestuoreella olevien opiskelijoiden ja henkilökunnan käyttöön ostettavista työvaatteista sekä työ- ja turvajalkineista. Pääasiassa hankintoja tehdään Ammattiopisto Gradian opiskelijoiden ja opettajien käyttöön, mutta hankintoja tehdään myös muille Gradian tulosalueille mm. Gradia-kiinteistöille ja Gradia-ravintoloille. Tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 (Hintaliite.xlsx) esitetyt määrät perustuvat vuoden 2025 opiskelija- ja henkilökuntamääriin Ammattiopisto Gradiassa ja ovat tarjousten vertailua varten laskettuja painokertoimia. Määrät vaihtelevat vuosittain eikä Tilaaja sitoudu vähimmäishankintamääriin. Hankinta on jaettu neljään (4) tuoteryhmään. Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa tuoteryhmää. Tuoteryhmiä ovat: - Ammattiopisto Gradian tekniikan alojen opiskelijoiden työvaatteet ja turvajalkineet - Ammattiopisto Gradian palvelualojen ja Gradia-ravintoloiden työvaatteet ja -jalkineet - Ammattiopisto Gradian metsäalan suojavarustepaketti - Ammattiopisto Gradian tekniikan alojen ja Gradia-kiinteistöjen henkilöstön työvaatteet Hintaliitteeseen tarjotut tuotteet muodostavat sopimuskauden tuotteet tarjotuilla hinnoilla, mutta Tilaaja voi tilata myös sopimuskorin ulkopuolisia tuotteita valituilta sopimuskumppaneilta. Tällaisia tuotteita voivat olla mm. turvakengät, jotka valitaan yksilöllisten tarpeiden mukaan. Sopimukset tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, niin että sopimuskausi alkaa 1.8.2026. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia (1397/2016) ja menettelynä on avoin menettely. Ammattiopisto Gradian tekniikan alojen opiskelijoiden työvaatteet ja turvajalkineet.; Ammattiopisto Gradian palvelualojen ja Gradia-ravintoloiden työvaatteet ja -jalkineet.; Ammattiopisto Gradian metsäalan opiskelijoiden suojavarustepaketti.; Ammattiopisto Gradian tekniikan alojen ja Gradia-kiinteistöjen henkilöstön työvaatteet.
